More renos, but almost done - promise.

So then - since the last post we have done the following:

Finished the upstairs hall and bedrooms

finished the laminate downstairs

pulled apart the kitchen

painted the kitchen back splash

sanded the downstairs floor

laid out the tile and cut where necessary

What is left?

Mortar, Grout, baseboards, touch up the paint, upstairs bathroom tile.
